Who is First Equity?
First Equity Professional Mortgage Services is a Residential and Commercial mortgage company concentrating on and currently servicing over half of the states in the United States*. First Equity was formed on the principle that every client deserves to be treated like we would want to be treated if we were the one acquiring the loan.
With almost thirty years in business management, I have experienced more than one banker acting as though they were doing their customer a favor in making them a loan. I decided long ago that First Equity would exist on the premise that customer service comes before profits and that good referrals are the best form of advertisement.
The company was conceived upon the idea of ensuring that we position our business to be recognizable for customer service and satisfaction in a competitive climate by developing limited and effective working relationships with institutional mortgage lenders that share our vision.
From the first day we opened our doors, I have stressed the importance of communication with our clients, lenders, investors, Business Brokers and our Realtors. With my years as a First Union and Wachovia banker, combined with my licesning, insight, and experience in insurance and investments, I have been able to provide countless First Equity customers with solutions to their investment, insurance, and residential mortgage needs. Building on this, it is my goal that providing premiere customer service is the continued hallmark of First Equity.
Further, we should appreciate our standards, and provide the loan products and services necessary to accommodate a diverse clientele. We should process each and every transaction as if it were our own; to set a proper standard for customer awareness and information about the loan process both before and during the transaction; and that we should reinvest a portion of our time and profits back into our community to the benefit of others.
Well, I am proud to say that our strategy has worked beautifully so far. We are growing at a higher than expected pace and closing more and more loans for happy customers. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
