Refinance of Existing Properties
A Commercial Property Loan, or Refinancing of an Existing Property is one of our most popular types of commercial real estate mortgage financing.  This type of commercial property loan allows property owners to pull out a large portion of the equity in the property to use for purchasing additional properties, upgrading the existing property, or almost any purpose they desire.  More information: click here.

Construction to Permanent
Commercial Property Loans for Construction to Perm. financing allows you to purchase the property, put in the infrastructure, construct the building, and install signage.  Your First Equity loan officer will work with you and your General Contractor or Engineering Firm to make sure all aspects of your proposed construction project are covered.  For more information on these loans, click here.

Purchases

No Income, No Documentation
Self Employed borrowers occasionally have a difficult time proving their income.  Traditional banks want to see up to three years of Federal Tax Returns as proof of income.  A Commercial Property Loan through First Equity's No Income, No Doc. loan program does not require a single documentation of your income.  Just tell us how much you made, if it makes sense, we accept it.  And because there are no verifications to be made, your loan approval can be completed quickly.

SBA Loans
