What is the split? It is your choice:
Co-Broker Plan - 50/50 split on net fees to First Equity. You maintain contact with the customer and we maintain contact with our investor.
Referral Plan - 75/25 split on net fees to First Equity. You collect the initial information from the customer and make the introduction to your First Equity commercial team mate. We take over from there.
What kinds of commercial property do we finance?
Multifamily Units Multifamily mortgages cover properties with five or more individual household units. They are traditional, market rent, multifamily residential complexes located in both city and suburban markets.
Retail Retail mortgages cover properties with a mix of tenants that meet the convenience needs of neighborhood residents, including video stores, grocery, and financial services companies. Retail properties may include grocery or drugstore anchored centers, unanchored strip centers, enclosed malls, or specialty retail uses.
Mixed-Use Mixed-Use mortgages cover properties that integrate and combine residential spaces with other uses, including retail and office.
Light Industrial Light industrial mortgages cover single or multi-tenanted spaces used for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or research and development.
Office Office mortgages cover buildings with single or multiple office tenants. Office properties may be located both in central business districts and suburban areas.
