Mr. Roll has thirty years of business and management experience, and is an alumnus of both Abilene Christian University and The University of Houston. He has been involved in the start-up and operation of several ventures over the years, choosing to concentrate on real estate and financing.
During the last ten years, he has been a partner and/or consultant on several residential developments, principal or partner in two systems built housing companies, and has managed and owned residential and commercial mortgage companies, including First Equity.
He is consulted in mergers and acquisitions, preparing growing businesses for buyout or IPO, and arranges both private placements and institutional funding.
His industry focus is: Transportation, Real Estate, Hospitality and Gaming.
