When you call you will have to proceed as if you have lost your credit card to be able to speak to a real person.
Once you are able to speak to a customer service representative, I would suggest that you complain loudly about the hard time you have had in trying to reach someone about your First Equity Credit Card issue. It is only through many customer complaints that the management of the company might be willing to make their customer service numbers available to their customers.
First Equity Card Services does not seem interested in providing an avenue for their customers to reach them by phone, as they do not list their telephone number anywhere on the website. We receive numerous telephone calls each day from people trying to get hold of First Equity Credit Card services.
We have spoken to their customer service managers and were told that they have no intention of listing their number anywhere. They claim that their customers are able to reach them, but if that were the case, you would not be looking on our website for a way to contact them.
Good luck to you. I would suggest finding a credit card company that at least has a listed telephone number, and I would avoid any company that appears to be hiding from their customers.
